Had a great stay in the Guest Suite! Super comfy bedding with tons of pillow options made for awesome sleep. Loved having fresh towels and coffee daily. Location near the beach was perfect for our adventures. Just a bit of peeling paint needs attention!

Bathroom curtain rod rusted!!! It’s inconvenient having the sink outside the bathroom area. The power outage for a whole night was unacceptable. !!!

Great stay with a fab view!
We had a lovely 3 nights in the Bay View Queen Room. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the bed was super comfy! Richard at the bar was a gem – his energy and chat made our evenings. Just wish the dining options had more variety, but still enjoyed the bar area.

Not perfect, but worth it
The location was fantastic! with beachfront access and nearby playground was a huge win for the kids. Rooms were comfortable and clean !
Room service lacked consistency. toiletries were replaced, yet beds weren’t made. Staff interactions felt a bit cold, dampening the overall welcoming vibe.

Spacious bedrooms were kept clean, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation after a day of exploring local shops and the beach. The adjacent grassed area with picnic tables was perfect for family gatherings. the lack of children’s changing facilities was surprising given the advertised kids' area, and the room service was inconsistent, often leaving beds unmade despite toiletries being replaced.

perfect location in the heart of cowes, able to access lots of cafes and shops. The beach right across the road. i loved dining at the north pier bar and my room was super clean! they were fast at giving me more towels and cleaning services when needed too.
the noise from outside was pretty annoying at night and could hear drunken people talking loud, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Great place with its free wi-fi, bar/lounge area, and outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me with places to go. I highly recommend it for a great holiday!
